A Bit About Ben
Ben Robertson had his start in theatre during Improv classes at the Manitoba Theatre for Young People (MTYP). Ben quickly fell in love with the world of performance, and expanded into performing in dramas, comedies, plays, and musicals at MTYP, participating in their annual Summer Studio program. When the time came, Ben moved on to the University of Winnipeg, where he continued his studies at the post-secondary level, eventually graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Theatre and Film.

Since then, Ben has strived to engage audiences with dynamic and heartfelt performances. He embodies the character of each role he takes on with a specificity that is only achieved through the deep care and intention that Ben infuses into his work. He has performed numerous times throughout both his post-secondary studies as well as post-grad in Winnipeg's yearly Fringe Festivals, and occasionally makes appearances in roles for film and TV. Ben hopes to continue working in and outside of Winnipeg's theatre scene, deepening his ties to community and uplifting others through his art.

Ben Robertson has been described as a transformative actor who can portray a wide variety of roles while being a "cheeky little scene stealer".
